Learn to taste like a Sommelier

Did you know that with a little bit of guidance, training, and practice, you could identify a wine blind just like a Sommelier? In this session we’ll break down the basics of wine tasting and put you to the test by pouring you a taste of a wine you’ve enjoyed in class to see if you can determine which one it is. We’ll put your five senses to work in this class!
Events by the Glass invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Our Sommeliers will guide you through this interactive class to help you feel more at ease with wine tasting and help you identify what you like, or don’t like, about certain wines and wine styles.
You’ll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, and light bites that pair with the wines. Our educational happy hours are fun, informative, and entertaining!
